Hours and prices on this site are copied from each bar’s own website (or a menu that bar hosts) because in Florida the liquor license belongs to a specific address. The licensed vendor is the party that can advertise a drink price for that room. This site, Visit Orlando, and any other roundup are describing. Only the licensee is selling.
That is also why a chain can run a deal at one location and not another: those are two licenses. Sixty Vines’ Sand Lake page is about Sand Lake. Bulla’s Winter Park bar list is the Winter Park license. Use the location page, not the brand homepage.
Three kinds of listing
The bar posted hours and prices. That is the offer. Examples: Anthem Mon–Fri 3–7, 25% off the check, house cocktails $10–15. Mathers Tue–Sat 4–7, half-off vintage cocktails. The Courtesy Tue–Fri 4–6 with prices in a menu image — harder to read on a phone, still the licensee publishing its own numbers.
The bar posted hours, not dollars. Ravenous Pig beer garden Thu–Fri 4–6, and The Osprey in Baldwin Park, keep hours without a price list. The selection likely rotates. Go and ask.
The only source is press. We still keep a few window-only stamps when the operator page names a clock but not a price. Reyes Mezcaleria and Cafe Tu Tu Tango now cite their own pages — those are no longer press-only.
ICEBAR on I-Drive is none of the above: a ticketed ice room with entry times, not a discount clock.
Statutes
Florida Statutes chapter 561 is beverage law: how licenses are issued and how a licensed vendor may operate. Chapter 562 is enforcement. The DBPR Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco issues the license for the address. This is not legal advice. Licensees need a Florida beverage-law attorney, not a happy-hour directory.
Every listing here links to the page it came from. Deals · On now · How to read a deal.
