A listing on this site is four facts: when the discount runs, where it applies (bar, lounge, or dining room), what it covers (drinks, food, or both), and who posted it (the bar’s website, or a press roundup). Check them in that order. Skip one and you can sit at a table after the hours ended, or order dinner on a drinks-only deal.
1. Happy hour hours are not restaurant hours
Most bars publish two clocks. One is when they are open. The other is the shorter stretch when prices change. This site lists the second one.
Sixty Vines on Sand Lake runs Mon–Fri 3–6 in the bar and lounge; dinner hours on the same page last longer and are not the deal (sixtyvines.com). Mathers is Tue–Sat 4–7 (mathersorlando.com/events). Jaleo at Disney Springs runs Sangría Hour daily 11:30–5 at the bar (jaleo.com). ICEBAR sells tickets and ice-room entry times. It does not post a happy hour (icebarorlando.com).
2. Bar, lounge, or dining room
The same building can run two prices at 5 p.m. Read which room the listing names.
Stubborn Mule takes 25% off starters, wine, drafts, and signature mules for dine-in, daily 3–6. Mathers is drink only: Tue–Sat 4–7, half-off vintage cocktails, no food deal on the events page (mathersorlando.com/events). House of Blues at Disney Springs is bar only, Mon–Thu until 5: wells $6, named drinks $9, bites $8–12. Sit at a table and those prices do not apply.
3. Drinks, food, or both
If you need a plate, filter drink + food. If you only need a cocktail, drink only is the shorter list.
The Courtesy in Winter Park posts Tue–Fri 4–6. The prices live in a menu image, not in page text — zoom in, or look at the board when you arrive. The Edison at Disney Springs posts Mon–Fri 3–6 on its hours page without a price list. Hours without dollars still tell you when to show up; they do not tell you what you will pay.
4. The bar’s page vs a press listing
Hours here come from the venue’s own site when we can fetch it. Reyes Mezcaleria and Cafe Tu Tu Tango now cite operator pages. A listing stamped “price not posted” still has a window only — read the board. Why the bar’s page is the source: Florida advertising.
Worked example: downtown, Tuesday
If you are already downtown and want food plus a drink, start at Stubborn Mule (daily 3–6, dine-in 25% off starters, wine, drafts, mules). If you want a cocktail and will eat later, Mathers is Tue–Sat 4–7, half-off vintage cocktails. The Courtesy in Winter Park is a separate drive: Tue–Fri 4–6. Nightclub hours are on Nightclubs.
